Giveaway MAGIC x Shabbies - Terms and Conditions
General
These terms and conditions apply to the promotional campaign “Sign up and win!”, organized by MAGIC Bodyfashion B.V., Twentepoort West 51, 7609 RD Almelo, and Shabbies Amsterdam B.V., James Wattlaan 7, 5151 DP Drunen.
Campaign Setup
On October 24, 2025, a giveaway will go live on magicbodyfashion.com and shabbiesamsterdam.com, where participants can win various prizes.
Entry is possible via the landing page on either website. The giveaway runs from Friday, October 24 until Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM.
The winner will be contacted by email on January 3, 2026.
Prizes

Shabbies Amsterdam shopping voucher worth €350

MAGIC Bodyfashion shopping voucher worth €400
Draw

There will be one draw selecting one winner who will receive the above prizes.

The draw will take place on January 3, 2026.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after the email is sent, the right to the prize expires and a new winner will be selected.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway.
Conditions of Participation

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Participants must provide a valid email address to be contacted in case of winning.

Employees of MAGIC Bodyfashion and Shabbies Amsterdam and their direct family members are excluded from participation.

The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or credit and non-transferable.

Participants who do not win will not be notified separately.
Personal Data and Privacy
MAGIC Bodyfashion and Shabbies Amsterdam process personal data solely for the purpose of this giveaway and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for the execution of the promotion (e.g., shipping of prizes).
The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway without any right to compensation.
Other Provisions
MAGIC Bodyfashion and Shabbies Amsterdam reserve the right to change the terms or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice or justification.
Dutch law applies to this promotion.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Overijssel, location Almelo.
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
