Return Policy
At MAGIC Bodyfashion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the conditions below.
Please send your return order directly to the specified return address; otherwise, it cannot be processed and the shipment may not arrive at the correct location.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you experience an issue outside this period, for example if an item is damaged or no longer adheres properly, please contact our customer service team. We will gladly assist you.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be undamaged, unused, clean, and returned in their original packaging.
“Clean” means free from stains, skin flakes, makeup marks, skincare products such as lotion or oil, sweat marks, and odors including body scent or perfume.
Exceptions
- For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned.
- Items with a silicone adhesive layer cannot be returned if the protective plastic film has been removed and/or damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, pantyhose cannot be returned once the box has been opened.
- All items must be returned with the original price tag attached. Items without the original attached price tag will not be accepted.
How to Return Your Order
- Register your return online: Log in to your account by clicking the “My Account” icon at the top right of the website. Enter the email address used for your order and verify your login using the code sent to you by email. Once logged in, you can register your return.
- Pack your return carefully: Place the item in its original packaging. Please print the order form or order confirmation and place it inside the parcel. To avoid shipping issues, make sure all existing shipping labels on the outside of the parcel are fully covered.
- Send your parcel: Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we kindly ask you to place a new order via our website and return the unwanted item by following the return procedure above.
