Hoe maak ik mijn Backless Solution schoon?
Onze Backless Solutions zijn herbruikbaar als ze goed worden onderhouden. Maak het product na elk gebruik schoon met lauw water en milde zeep. Laat het vervolgens aan de lucht drogen voordat u het in de originele verpakking opbergt.
What does “clean” mean for returned items?
Returned items must be free from stains, skin flakes, makeup marks, skincare products such as lotion or oil, sweat marks, and odors including body scent or perfume.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned.
Worn underwear cannot be returned. Items with a silicone adhesive layer cannot be returned if the protective plastic film has been removed or damaged. Pantyhose cannot be returned once the box has been opened.
Items without the original attached price tag will also not be accepted.

I have an issue after the 30-day return period. What should I do?
If you experience an issue outside the 30-day return period, for example if an item is damaged or no longer adheres properly, please contact our customer service team. We will gladly assist you.
