How to apply Boob Tape

STEP 1: Make sure the skin on your breasts are clean (no traces of lotion or perfume). Optional: cover your nipples with a nipple cover.

STEP 2: Cut tape in desired pieces.

STEP 3: Carefully remove half of the paper from the tape and adhere the tape to the breasts. Next, remove the other part of the paper from the tape.

STEP 4: Position breast as desired and apply the tape to the skin.

STEP 5: If necessary, apply additional tape to create your ultimate look. Repeat steps for the second breast.

How to remove Boob Tape

STEP 1: Apply oil or medical tape remover (baby oil & coconut oil work well too) on the tape.

STEP 2: Saturate the entire surface area of the tape in oil, covering the fabric area completely.
(CAUTION: Remove your clothing before starting)

STEP 3: Wait for at least 5 minutes.

STEP 4: Gently pick a corner with one hand and start to peel off softly, while holding the skin down and applying pressure just below where the tape is coming off, with another hand.
