What will you do?

As a Sales & Customer Support Intern, you will learn everything about the entire order process within our organization. You will be responsible for entering and processing orders, preparing shipments, handling administrative returns, and maintaining customer contact. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, both via phone and email. This internship provides you with the opportunity to become a true Sales & Customer Support expert—skills that will be valuable in both your studies and career.

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently pursuing an HBO or MBO level 4 degree in Commercial Economics or a related field;

• You are available for at least 5 months;

• You have knowledge of MS Office/Excel;

• You have an interest in sales and prioritize customer needs;

• You have excellent command of Dutch and English; an additional language is a plus;

• You possess strong social and communication skills;

• You are independent and solution-oriented;

• You are eager to learn and have a proactive work attitude.
