Are you the kind of person who loves being the financial backbone of an organisation where fashion, numbers, and teamwork come together? And do you effortlessly bring order to figures and systems? Then this is your chance to apply your financial magic at MAGIC Bodyfashion as a Financial Administrator (24 hours).

What will you be doing?

As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you and your two finance colleagues create that magic feeling within our financial administration. Together, you ensure smooth financial processes and an error-free administration. While our financial administration isn’t overly complex, some processes certainly require our dedicated attention.

We operate internationally, work with seasonal cycles, and manage inventory. On top of that, we sell both B2B and B2C. As a Financial Administrator at MAGIC Bodyfashion, you know exactly what is happening across our financial streams and make sure everything is perfectly in order.

You will be responsible for:

  • Booking bank transactions
  • Processing purchase invoices and preparing payments
  • Recording and correcting consignment invoices
  • Preparing credit sales invoices
  • Debtor management: sending reminders, processing payment statements, and calling customers
  • Answering ad-hoc questions from colleagues regarding customer or supplier setups

You will also take on additional tasks such as:

  • Preparing and submitting VAT and ICP returns (NL/DE/UK/CH/Union Scheme)
  • Preparing CBS declarations
  • Preparing commission statements for agents
  • Supporting monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses

In short: a versatile position in which you are involved in the financial process from start to finish.

What do we offer you?

  • Salary up to €3,400 based on a 38-hour workweek
  • 25 vacation days + 3 extra MAGIC days (based on full-time employment)
  • A 24-hour contract, with availability required on Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (if applicable)

What do you bring?

  • A completed MBO4 education in business administration or a similar finance-related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a financial administrator, accountant, bookkeeper, or similar role
  • Experience with (or affinity for) ERP systems; knowledge of Business Central is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel
  • A precise, proactive, and collaborative work attitude
