My order

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the country of delivery, we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. We will contact you as soon as possible if we no longer have your article(s) in stock.

How much is the shipping?
You can find the shipping costs for each country here.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We will process your order as soon as possible after your confirmation. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service (+31 (0)546 727305) as soon as possible after the order is submitted.

Can I return an article?
Yes, you can return any article to Magic BodyFashion within 7 days of receiving the original order provided that all items are returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. In order for our Customer Service to process your return as soon as possible please complete our Returns Form in your personal account.

Where is my order?
The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days however it can take up to 14 days during busy peak times. If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact our Customer Service (Tel: +31 (0)546 727305) and quote your customer and order number.

How long does it take before an article will be in stock again?
We always do our very best to ensure all Magic BodyFashion articles are in stock. If an item is not available at the time of ordering we will endeavor to provide information on the next availability. You can contact our Customer Service (Tel: +31 (0)546 727305) if you would like to know more about the availability of an article.

How do I register at MAGIC Bodyfashion?
Click on “Log in” on top of this page and fill in your personal details.

How do I sign up to receive the MAGIC newsletter?
Go to the homepage and scroll down where you will find a section “Sign Up for the MAGIC Bodyfashion newsletter”. Please complete the section with your email address and click on “Sign up”.

How do I know what size to choose?

Payment

What payment options are available?
Payments can be processed using the payment system BIBIT / RBS Worldpay. With BIBIT / RBS Worldpay you can use the regular payment options including Visacard, MasterCard, American Express and Ideal.

When will I receive my refund?
After you have sent you return to us quoting the corresponding return number, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to receive your returned items at our office. Upon receipt your returns will be processed as soon as possible and we will refund you within 5-7 working days. For your refund it is important that you provide details of your account IBAN and BIC-code.
